The Aptera Apartments are situated in the village of Aptera . Aptera is located in the west of Crete near to the town of Chania. The village of Aptera, previously known as Megala Chorafia, is known also for the Ancient Archaeological site of Aptera which is situated further up the road from the apartments. The apartments are approximately 25 km from the airport of Ioannis Daskalogiannis Chania airport and approximately 8 km from the port of Souda. The nearest beach is approx. 2 kms away. The Aptera Apartments consist of studios, one- bedroomed apartments and 2-bedroomed apartments which also have a living area. All apartments have balconies with magnificent views of Souda Bay and inland to the White Mountains.
Each apartment has a kitchen area with kettle and toaster, fridge and small oven and general cooking utensils. Each apartment also has a hair dryer. Apartments have air conditioning, wifi, satellite TV. Regular cleaning with change of bed linen is provided. The outside area has a swimming pool, lawn, sunbeds, communal bbq area together with tables and chairs as well as free parking onsite. The local village square , approximately 500 metres away has a couple of tavernas, a cafenion and a small local minimarket which has fresh bread.

Large Swimming pool & safe children's pool
Aptera also has a large swimming pool and a children’s pool. The beautiful garden with lush greenery and the palm trees offer a cool shade to the guests who can enjoy the view while lying on the sun beds under the straw umbrellas .
If you prefer the sea instead of the pool, just 3km away you can enjoy the sea at the sandy beaches of Kalives, Almirida and Kalami, or taste the fresh fish in local taverns.
